I work mostly from referrals from family, friends, neighbors and past clients.  I expect to meet or exceed their expectations and treat their referrals in the same manner.

Being a Realtor requires a level of ethics above other Brokers and additional continuing education.  I maintain a level above the minimum here as well as self study, including the market conditions and changes in practice and precedure.
